Warranty Policy

We stand behind the products we sell, and we consistently provide high-quality new and refurbished business phones and phone systems. Most of our "New" and "Like New" equipment carries a 365-day warranty. Certain cordless equipment carries a 90-day or 180-day warranty depending on the model(see item's page). In most cases, an extended 2-year warranty can be purchased for a low price. All warranty claims are fulfilled by AtlasPhones.com.

The warranty period begins on the day the equipment is invoiced. Manufacturers and electronic defects are covered; however equipment damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, water, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature, power surges, or incorrect installation is not. Warranty items which are more than 30 days past the date of the invoice will be replaced with a like new condition part of the same product or be sent in for repair depending on availability.
