Avaya IP Office R10 Voice Networking 4 PLDS License (383087) - R10.0 & R10.1
Avaya IP Office R10 Voice Networking 4 PLDS License (383087) adds support for 4 voice networking channels including the Advanced Networking features (distributed groups and hot-desking across Small Community Network).
The use of private voice networking trunks between IP500 control units and other systems requires voice networking channel licenses within the IP500. This applies to H.323 IP trunks configured on the IP500, including IP trunks being used for an IP Office Small Community Network (SCN). A voice networking license is also required for the use of trunks configured for Q.SIG operation. On an H. 323 IP trunk, a license instance is consumed for each simultaneous outgoing call. On a Q.SIG trunk, the number of calls is limited by the trunk type rather than available licenses. Additional licenses can be added to achieve the number of voice networking channels required.
Note: As of Release 10.0, IP Office uses the Avaya Product Licensing and Delivery System (PLDS) to manage licenses and ADI licenses are no longer supported. PLDS is an online, web-based tool for managing license entitlements and electronic delivery of software and related license files.
- Enables support for 4 outbound calls to another networked IP Office
- Additional licenses may be added to achieve the number of voice networking channels required
- May require adequate number of VCM channels
- Compatible with IP Office R10+ systems
- Will NOT work on releases lower than R10.0
