Like New Equipment
All our remanufactured telephones and equipment are cleaned, fully-tested, and restored to near new condition and guaranteed to be top-quality. We offer the following guarantee on all Like New items:

• No Discoloration
• No cracks or chips
• Minimal traces of wear may appear on some equipment
• In some cases, certain components may be replaced as a precautionary measure to insure your product will operate at optimum level and waranteed as new
• If you are ever unhappy with our Like New equipment, we will replace it with new equipment and credit your account toward the purchase of new equipment

Advanced Replacement Policy

• We offer advanced replacement on items 30 days from order date
• Advanced replacement items are shipped in same manner as originally ordered
• 25% restocking fee on all returned items
