How long have you been in Business?
Atlas Systems has been in business now for 9+ years in South East Michigan.

What are your hours of Business?
Our hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday EST. 

Who will install my Telephone system?
We are currently not offering any installation services.  But you can browse through the list of installers, and find an installer that suits you. 

What is "Like NEW" equipment?
Like NEW equipment is refurbished equipment restored to like new condition. Each Like NEW product goes to thorough process of testing, cleaning, repairing  (if necessary), sanitizing and refurbishing.  Then, before the equipment is  shipped out it is tested again,  wrapped properly, boxed individually and shipped professionally. Also all like new phones and most phone equipment are shipped with new accessories like line cords, designation strips and button packs for free.
All  Like NEW equipment is warranted for one year, so you don't have to worry at all if our equipment fails within a year. And that's not it. See our advanced replacement policy for details.

What is the standard warranty at Atlas Systems?
All refurbished equipment purchased at Atlas Systems carries a complete one year warranty. If our equipment fails at anytime within a year , we will replace that item in advance. Once you receive replacement item, simply return the defective item in the box we shipped to you. See our advanced replacement policy for details.

What should I do with my old phone system or my old phones?
