If a product is defective, we offer advanced replacement for "New" items 30 days from shipping date and "Like New" items under warranty. An RMA number is required for all returns. If you would like advanced replacement on an item, we will ship a replacement and charge your credit card. We will also send you return label for the defective product. Once the defective product is received and tested at our warehouse, we will issue a full credit back to your account for the replacement.
Advanced replacement items are shipped in the same manner as originally ordered.
